Room is clean and close to Broadway by the beach. Free breakfast with staples: biscuits and sausage gravy. The blueberry waffles were really good.

I enjoyed this smoke-free hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The staff was attentive and respectful, offered great services. Suite was brand-new with comfy bed. The pool area was nice and the location was very convenience, just next door to all stores and restaurants, the Myrtle Beach By-pass, and restaurants. The stay was really good.

Breakfast was great.
There was dirty comforter in the closet. Sleeper sofa had dirty stains on it.

Horrible experience
In general: Upon checking into any hotel, the first thing I do is inspect the room for cleanliness and check the linen. Unfortunately, on this trip my linen had blood on the mattress pad. Very noticeable blood, there is no way house keeping should have missed that. But they decided to cover it up with sheets anyway. I immediately informed the manager on duty who was not at all concerned about the situation. There was an odor in the room as well, it was just terrible. I will never stay at this hotel again. They obviously do not care about quality control nor customer service!

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and check out. The were also very prompt no long lines.
The smell of the room when you first walked in the room. One of the tables in the room had a broke leg which was very dangerous for my young children!

Room for improvement
We had a pretty rough time here. The room we got was okay but the noise from the street kept us up all night. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly, especially Summer at check-in. The picnic area outside was a nice spot to chill despite the issues we faced. Just a bummer about the extra fees too.

The bed was good however the foldout sofa was something else.
The breakfast was terrible, the rooms were small, some of the staff was very rude, we had to beg for towels, the Jacuzzi tub jets were so nasty, the location was awful, and it was so expensive for the location it was in.

I liked that there was a room available when I was searching for a hotel last minute, but now I know why there were vacancies.
The hotel was out of breakfast every morning by 730 am, the beds were uncomfortable, and the worst part was the lack of cleanliness. My room was not cleaned two nights in a row. I called the front desk several times to ask for the staff to send someone up and they wouldn't. We had to hassle them just to get clean towels. We left a day early just to get out of that place and they refused to refund me any money. Worst experience ever!!!!

The room was decent and clean, with a great bed, but there were some letdowns. The breakfast options were limited, and I dealt with unfriendly staff. The location wasn't ideal either, but overall it was a decent place for a short stay. Would expect more given the price.

Room was clean, comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen.
Parking, we were told we had to park in deck, but to close to turn to get to upper levels. My husband scrapped the back door when turning to 2nd level, about $1300.00 to get repaired. Front end of car was too long, Lincoln town car, after all that still got warnings to park in deck. Other wise all was to our satisfactory, Very clean, friendly staff & great location. Not sure we'll return because of parking situation.
